spGauge

Tool that performs alignment of high density measuring points obtained from a non-contact 3D shape measuring system with CAD data, analysis of shape and dimension comparison and cross section comparison in a short time.


[Auto surfacing and 3D dimension assessment]
spGauge automatically creates surface elements on measured points. The surface or line created is linked with CAD data to support automatic dimension analysis and report output.

Various ways of defining cross sections are supported, including those in the direction of the x-, y- or z-axis, those perpendicular to a cylindrical column or a curve and those parallel with the designated plane.
